Climb the hill from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and just before you enter the
capital, look left. There is a gouge in the Judean hills and a road that
leads to Ben Gurion airport. As I've been reporting for almost a year,
that is a secret bunker to house our leaders during the next war...and a
road to the airport when they decide to haul ass before the masses
descend on the terminal. And it only costs $250 million to build. As for
the cost to the environment; who cares? Just so long as the morons
escape, no matter the price.
Of the people, a correspondent from near Tel Aviv writes;
"Some weeks ago, crews of hilloni boys in unmarked or rental moving
trucks combed through the Rishon LeZion neighborhood I live in,
literally going to every apartment and demanding the masks. People were
scrambling until well past midnight to comply with the order. After
having our gas masks confiscated (supposedly so that they could be
upgraded) we learn that there will be no upgrade, and it's obvious that
those people about whom you write have decided it's in their interest to
make it more likely that there will be mass casualties when the rockets
begin falling."
The school year may be delayed because teachers are demanding a whole
$50 million in increased salaries, but heck, there are more essential
expenses, like a security wall for $350 million that doesn't work. It
seems the enemy has learned to breach the wall with pulleys and tunnels
and after destroying the countryside, the wall is about as good a
protection as the Maginot or Bar Lev Lines.
So let's build another wall along the Egyptian border.
How well we remember the golden days when no Israeli government would
build a nuclear bunker lest it sow panic in the people. And with our
terrific army, who'd need one? But today the enemy is working together,
with American military aid, to win the next war...
And the morons will be the first out.

Senior IDF officers said on Sunday that terror groups have learned the
army's defense systems, Army Radio reported, following an infiltration
attempt on Saturday in which Palestinian terrorists climbed over the
security fence wearing IDF uniforms.

Construction on the new National Command Center, where the country's
leaders would be rushed to, should Israel suffer a nuclear attack, is
rapidly progressing, Yedioth Ahronoth reported Monday.
The $240 million underground bunker is designed to withstand a nuclear
bomb and will house the Prime Minister's Office, military commands
centers and the necessary civil authorities.
"It's like something out of a movie, you walk around it in complete awe,
knowing this is the place they'll be running the country from," a
government source told Ynet.

Israel is considering the construction of a border fence in cooperation with
Egypt to prevent the passage of terrorists, smugglers and asylum-seekers
between the two countries, Prime Minister's Office Director General Ra'anan
Dinur told the Knesset Committee on Foreign Workers on Tuesday.
A government official said Vice Premier Haim Ramon pitched the idea of the
fence to the head yeof Egyptian Intelligence Omar Suleiman in Cairo a few
weeks ago. Following Ramon's visit, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was
considering opening official negotiations with Egypt on the fence.

Remember, too, that Israel gave PLO leaders a V.I.P. right to travel
throughout Israel and the Territories, and that they and members of the
US consulate and of Peace Now were caught conducting reconnaissance in
the Territories.

Shimon Peres loves a trip to Rome to visit The Colosseum, The Forum, the great cafes but most of all, he loves to visit his boss, the Pope. After he poisoned Ariel Sharon into a comatose zombie, he
took over the Number Two spot in his party, Kadima. And just six days after Kadima took over the Israeli government, he flew to Rome to visit the holy padre, or as he calls him, papa.
Now, as the new Presidente of Israel, his first diplomatic trip abroad will be to Rome to get his last marching orders from the big don, Papa.

So let's just plug my work, shall we? Gemma Blech was the photographer who provided me with a dozen photos of the Gush Katif downfall for my book, Bye Bye Gaza. This week she sent me 20 photos of the same downfall in Hebron. Write her for shots of the raw destruction wrecked on the Shalhevet neighborhood of Hebron by the banana republic mafia hit squad still sadly called, the Israel Defence Forces, or as we once proudly referred to them, the IDF. You want the shots...you write her. gblech@netvision.net.il As I wrote her, enough of your histories! Give up already. The foreign forces want Hebron busted for good and the "settlers" are handing it to them on a papal platter with barely a whimper. I can't look at the slow end of Israel anymore. If the "settlers" want to give up their homes, well what's it our business anymore? Give them their wish.
If 100,000 so-called settlers had faced 3,000 IDF soldiers, the apes would have been forced to turn tail. Continue to my notes and read radio announcer Tamar Yonah's letter to me. How can little old us beat the army that "defeated 5 arab armies?" Wrong Tamar. This is a despised army that a ragtag bunch of 1000 Hizbollah "fighters" fought to a standstill last summer. Anyone can beat them if they wanted to. And that statement will be proven correct when the Arabs bombard Israel with tens of thousands of missiles next week or next year. But no one rushed to Hebron to save their religion, homes and lives. The settlers let still another of their last remaining homes fall like Gush Katif and Northern Samaria.
So, let them fall. Hello, my Roman adobe.
And look at the commentary from hebron.com While their community was razed, they gloated that they didn't fight for it. They didn't use dangerous weapons, only the IDF did that. Like anyone cares.
And the saddest commentary of all. Prof. Hillel Weiss ran from Hebron, tail between his legs. This was the grand old prof who went on Israeli tv in 1997 and said I was right; Yitzhak Rabin WAS murdered
in a government plot. He was a hero of Rabin truth and was almost a hero in Hebron. He was filmed telling the IDF operations commander, Col. Yehuda Fox, that he hoped his wife would soon be a widow, a feeling many shared with him.
But after his daughter was forcibly removed from her Hebron home, he had a change of heart and apologized to the old Fox, making the next expulsion so much simpler.
Be it ever so humble, there's no place like Rome.

Do all roads lead Peres to Rome?
Beit Hanassi would neither confirm nor deny on Sunday a Maariv report that President Shimon Peres plans to make his first trip abroad as president in September and visit Rome.
The report said that Peres planned to spend four days in Italy, during which he would hold talks with President Giorgio Napolitano and Prime Minister Romano Prodi, as well as with Pope Benedict XVI.
If Peres were to go to Rome, he would likely participate in an international conference that Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa are also expected to attend.

Despite a heavily crowded calendar, President Shimon Peres will travel to Rome on September 5, Beit Hanassi confirmed on Monday. Peres, who used to travel abroad as often as two or three times in a single week, has not left the country since assuming the presidency.
Peres will remain in Italy till September 9, during which time he will meet with the Pope, the Italian prime minister, and Italian Jewish leaders.
In the course of his visit Peres will address a mega-meeting of the Jewish community in the Great Synagogue of Rome. According to Beit Hanassi, the event will be a celebration of Italian Jewry's good wishes on the eve of Rosh Hashana for the State of Israel.

The expressions he uttered towards the military commander of Hebron, Col. Yehuda Fox, are not necessarily to my liking, for a number of reasons. I personally know Col. Fox and, despite my major misgivings about his participation in the expulsion process, I know that he was not responsible for the decisions made on that particular day. But I must admit, even though I would not curse him, there are others that, even if I don't say the words out loud, I certainly think them about them. Not about Col. Fox, but about others, in much higher decision-making positions than the commander of forces in Hebron. There are, unfortunately, people in Israel, making decisions which could, G-d forbid, endanger the existence of the State of Israel. These people deserve whatever hardships should befall them, and you won't find any of us sad about their downfall. Some of these people are ignorant, but others are simply evil, and to hide this fact is stupid blindness. The truth must be met head-on, despite the unpleasantness of it all.
So even though I personally don't agree with Prof. Weiss' words in this particular instance, I find it difficult to swallow the media bias, which lambastes the Professor, but does not print pictures of the pogrom, which left Jewish homes in ruins. Why didn't the press print pictures of the destroyed furniture from the Bar Kochva or Yahalom homes, devastation which was totally unnecessary.
One other thing: true, Prof. Weiss' statements were very harsh. But perhaps people are unaware of a simple fact: Professor Hillel Weiss is the father of Tehila Yahalom , who has now, twice, been evicted from her home. The first time, it should be remembered, she, her husband and family agreed to voluntarily leave their home as part of an agreement with the Commander of forces in Judea and Samaria, who, representing the state, promised that families would soon be able to return to these homes, without any legal hassles. That agreement was broken by the State of Israel. This time she and her husband refused to give in. And Tehila's father, Professor Hillel Weiss, was more than just a little upset.
So, even though his words were harsh, and not necessarily what we would all agree to, Prof. Weiss said the words, but did not execute them. The police and soldiers in Hebron last week may not have said too much, but the damage they did was equivalent to pogroms of a hundred years ago.

Prof Hillel Weiss, the Bar Ilan teacher who was criticized for his
remarks against Hebron Brigade leader Yehuda Fuchs, apologized Monday
for his harsh statements in a letter he sent to IDF Chief of General
Staff Lt. -Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi.
In the letter, Weiss wrote "I regret having demeaned myself to using
curse words. I take back the things I said."

August 1, 2007 - SPINNING OUT OF CONTROL
I'm back from a four lecture tour of NYC and environs. I was there
during Tisha B'Av, a fast which commemorates the loss of the First and
Second Temples. I heard one rabbi lecture on the night of the
commemoration and one at its end. The first rabbi, David Rybstein,
declared there cannot be two peoples on one land, the second in
Woodmere, mourned the sad fact that there aren't twelve people trying to
redeem the Holy Temple.
Neither rabbi mourned the much sadder fact that this may well be their
last Tisha B'Av with Israel. Welcome to America...1938. From my tiny
sample, allow me to expand and declare, Americans, Jews and not, don't
know that Israel is now spinning out of control.
The spin will drift into raw chaos if Olmert is ever indicted by the
police for his manifold crimes. Then, the new deputy prime minister,
Chaim Ramon will take over the land for its last days. Ramon was
installed barely a couple of months after being convicted of the lewd
crime of French-kissing an 18 year old soldier, needless to say, against
her will. Ramon, as doubtless no one remembers, was given mounds of
American advice and money to take over the national union, The
Histadrut. So, just a few months off pedophilia charges, he could very
well be, the last ugly face holding the PM's post.
Next, let's destroy the Jewish National Fund (JNF). This is the backbone
of Jewish sovereignty in Israel, owning and guarding the land of Israel
for the Jews. It all began in June 2006 when for the first time, an
Arab, one Ra'adi Sfori, was made a director of the board by the far-left
Meretz faction. This month, former Meretz head Yossi Sarid called for a
strike against the JNF unless it handed out its real estate to Arabs. Of
Sarid's many acts of deadly treachery, I am reminded that it was he,
Shimon Peres and US documents thief Sandy Berger, a member of the
Council On Foreign Relations (CFR), who led the campaign to wreck the
Israeli gains of the Lebanon War of 1982.
Enter Shimon, feh, phooey, ichseh, Peres, President of the Israel he
hates and is conspiring toward its end. To be really prepared, Google a
CFR membership list and see that I'm right. His New Jersey pals, CFR
members Zuckerman and Tisch, are actively assuring that Arabs get a
"fair" share of JNF largesse, much to the deceit of actual JNF
contributors. (See notes). And who will oversee the latest and last
transfer, none other than Olmert's first backer, the President of the
JNF's board, Ronald Lauder of the CFR?
But will the non-Frankist Jews make this most obvious connection? Of
course not. They want Israel to spin, spin, spin...spin, spin,
spin...out of control.
Et, voila, le piece de resistance. I am in Liberty, New York at a camp
for Jewish idealists run by Stern and Brown. Stern has been forced from
Israel by a humiliating, deliberate crime against him.
There, I read a Hebrew paper for the first time in a year. Yediot has a
long feature on Jewish youth from the old USSR and Ethiopia, mostly
gentile, brought by the head of the Jewish Agency and new anti-semite,
Avraham Burg. They have now formed murderous gangs throughout the land
and are 60% of the underage prisoners in custody. They threaten the very
safety of all Israelis. Burg's strategy worked. Israel is now spinning,
spinning, spinning, out of control.

up a protest tent outside the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem to
press the government to do more to curb teenage crime.
The mothers vowed to remain in the tent, which will be set up in

THE JEWS & THEIR NEW PROPHET 15153 – Richard H. Shulman
High officials can retire into professorships of political science, but
they probably know less and certainly tell less than does Barry Chamish.
Mr. Chamish has investigated so many politically motivated crimes and
cover-ups, that he has developed a profound understanding of how
politics really is conducted.
Chamish knows the elaborate games that our rulers play, as they offer up
rationalizations that we think we are clever to understand. Behind the
scenes, our real masters manipulate events.
How does he do it? Having proved he holds confidences, checks sources,
and takes risks to get us the truth in behalf of his people, clandestine
whistle blowers ply him with evidence. He must need a warehouse like
Fort Knox for it, now.
What he reveals shocks even intellectuals, who consider themselves
sophisticated. Ordinary people really are smarter than intellectuals.
Ordinary people disdain all politicians, but intellectuals are
suspicious just of the other party. They think they know how theirs
operates. Oh, they assert, Sec. Baker was bad for Israel, but Clinton
was good for Israel. Nonsense! Both were bad for Israel. Both followed
more or less the same agenda, but one was charming. What good to us is
his charm, when used to deceive?
At Woodmere, New York, Chamish came to explain, and explain, and
explain. The audience appreciated his offering a framework within which
to comprehend major events. This time, the subject was so complicated --
the coming Holocaust II and the forces and history behind it -- that he
concentrated on making it clear by removing myths that hinder
understanding. When he talks about a single subject, such as the Rabin
assassination, he is as entertaining as any noted speaker or comedian.
Indeed, he has been a comedian, but the poor fellow now has to spread
sad news.
For years, he has been warning the Jewish people and friends of Israel
that Israel is being taken over and taken down, and another Holocaust is
being planned. He writes books about the subject, one of whose titles
could very well be _The Secret War On The Jews ? Part II_. In Israel,
the government has mounted a war on the religious Jews, to break their
natural opposition to the movement against Judaism and Zionism.
Here is this revealer of a plan to destroy Judaism and the Jewish
people, a person who on his subjects offers the public enough of
importance and of entertainment that they don’t get comprehensively
elsewhere, to warrant huge, paying audiences. Bill Clinton gets huge
fees for scant information and of questionable veracity. Barry Chamish
got no fee, he depends on the sale of his books. Why does evil enjoy
such an advantage over decency? Why is the person who causes thousands
to be killed and millions to be imperiled enjoy celebrity status, while
the person who tries to save them is shunned by most and only gradually
gaining respect while trying to save us before his car is tampered with
a second time and his “accident” is fatal?
The answer is that our rulers control the levers of public opinion.
Unable to answer Chamish’s allegations, which keep getting confirmed
while their rationalizations keep getting disproved, they smear him
personally. A little innuendo here, an old peccadillo there, and people
fall into line. In the police state of Israel, spectacular news by
Chamish or other muckrakers gets killed by media silence. It’s too
frequent and systematic to be coincidental. We Jews have been through
this, before.
According to the Bible, even Moses, backed by God, found his people
often uncooperative. Prophets were inherently unpopular, because they
advocated against the status quo and demanded difficult behavior and
action to stave off disaster. People prefer to believe in providence but
not in the divine.
The modern, secular prophet, Vladimir Jabotinsky, warned the Jews of
Europe to flee, starting in the 1920s. The Establishment smeared and
discredited him. You know what happened -- millions of Jews, not to
mention others, got killed. Chamish is making the same warning, now.
Thousands of Jews got killed, and millions are about to. How so, you ask?
Simple. Syria has about 40,000 missiles. Hizbullah has about 20,000. S.
Arabia has missiles trained on Israel’s southern air force bases. Hamas
has missiles, too. The Arabs could fire 20,000 missiles a day, for four
days. (Many are short-range. Israel might survive, but its people would
be too demoralized to persist. Then there’s Egypt’s first-class
military.) The first day, Tel Aviv would be destroyed, military
communications along with it. That would be the end of the IDF as a
coordinated force, whose units move in convert, planes protecting tanks,
etc.. The runways would be broken up, so the airplanes could not take
off. After four days like that, Arabs would sweep in for the spoils,
raping all the women and children and murdering the rest. They would
exterminate six million Jews, half the current population of Jewry. All
it would take is the outbreak of war. (American Jewry’s contribution
would be to add a wing to the Holocaust Museum.)
Israel’s only hope would be for the government to threaten the Arabs
with hundreds of nuclear weapons. Not likely. Pilots are quitting the
air force, because they object to bombing people. That is pacifism gone
crazy. Worse, the government does not take measures in Israel’s defense.
As Chamish details it, every Prime Minister after Begin acted to weaken
Israel before the Arabs. (Begin was undermined to do so, too.) They give
up strategic territory, give the Arabs arms, release terrorists, keep
the people largely disarmed, abandon effective weapons manufacturing,
let the Arabs violate agreements, fail to drive home military victories,
sabotaged the Lebanon war to discredit the Likud Party, which Sharon
eventually practically wrecked. The Left politicalized the Army and
turned it against loyal Jews. People think Netanyahu better, but he used
subterfuge as an excuse to cede control over most of Hebron. As Finance
Minister, he reduced spending on defense.
Why do the Prime Ministers do this? Stupidity, appeasement-mindedness,
extortion by prosecutors? Yes, but that is not all. The Prime Ministers
more or less are US or European agents. The State Dept. gets politicians
in place to succeed others. Peres corrupts some of them, so as to get a
blackmailers hold over them. The basic motive of Jewish leaders (usually
rich or corrupted secularists), according to Chamish, is a
centuries-old, anti-Jewish plot by the Sabbatean heretical sect, gone
underground. The Vatican, represented by Spain and representing southern
Europe, wants to secure Jerusalem. In the US, the Council on Foreign
Relations brings together the power brokers who quietly issued a plan to
strip Jerusalem from the Jewish state. Chamish does not think that jihad
plays much part in this, except that the Muslims are incited against Israel.
If you don’t want to accept the claim against the Sabbatean’s, the rest
suffices to explain what is happening. I think that however jihad got
started, Islam is bidding for world supremacy and is moving towards
power in Europe. Chamish thinks it hasn’t a chance. I disagree, but the
steady assassination of Israeli foes of withdrawal and the police state
tactics are clear enough, to those who know about it. Another way the
Left controls the people is by repressing the news that might arouse
them. A third way is by subverting the justice system.
Some Orthodox Jews who realize the problem have more hope. They maintain
their faith in God as the never sleeping watchman over the Jewish
people. Some think the support of the 70% of Evangelical Christians who
support Zionism sufficient to stay the State Department’s hand. Some
think that Moshe Feiglin, striving to take over Likud from within, and
return it to a nationalist policy, can succeed, because he acts in the
name of God. Unfortunately, Israel’s rulers eliminate challengers, one
way or another. Israelis still are too divided, the secularists still
don’t trust the religious, the Shas party purportedly is religious but
is corrupted and its followers obey their leader unthinkingly, Israelis
don’t like to vote for underdogs, and they think that if Netanyahu
opposes Olmert, he must be good.

Pastor David Mathews of Moss Point, MI has delayed my invitation
to speak because his people's homes were destroyed by Katrina and the
insurance companies are using trickery not to pay compensation. Now I
have been victimized by the lying policy of the American insurance
industry. And this time the military is at work to defraud me. Can
anyone tell me more about Rt. Col. Mairs and his company, USAA?
On June 30, one Donnie Smith, who claimed to be the son of Ret.
Col. Robert Mairs III was drunk at a somewhat remote fishing spot in
Crescent City, Florida. While I was fishing, he slammed into my car
causing $822 to the passenger side fender and door. He handed me his
insurance file proving the vehicle was insured by:

There was no phone at the spot and Col. Mair's son begged me not
to report him as DUI. But within 20 minutes I issued police report
number 09057301 to the St. Augustine Beach Sheriff's office.
I called Col. Mair's insurance company, United Services
Autombile Association and was assigned one Colleen Quirk to investigate.
She left a message on my phone and thereafter refused to answer my
calls. This changed when I reported her for fraud to the Texas Insurance
Commission and left her that message.
What a conversation I had with Mrs. Quirk within ten minutes of
my report. The accident was being disputed by Mr. Mairs' son. He wasn't
even at the site.
"Where did he claim he was? Does he have an alibi?"
No answer from Mrs. Quirk.
So how did I get his insurance details?
"The internet," she answered.
Thus, I hacked into the USAA computers and got Col. Mairs' policy.
And why would I risk jail to conduct this insurance fraud to fix
a car door?
"People do," replied Mrs. Quirk.
And how did I get the license number of the Mairs' vehicle if he
wasn't at the scene of the accident?
No answer from Mrs. Quirk.
And how did I get the driver's phone number? 904 461 9961
No answer again.
But on July 11 an adjuster, Robert Poehlman was sent to examine
the damages to my car which he estimated to be $822.55. On July 13, Mrs.
Quirk called and claimed my damage didn't match Mr. Mairs' insured
vehicle. I phoned Mr. Poehlman and he insisted that was not because of
anything he reported.
In short, USAA is covering up the facts of a simple car accident
and Colleen Quirk is guilty of deliberate fraud. Her phone is 1800 531
8222 ext. 44728 The case number is 480568.
I add, Col. Mair is demeaning the name of the US military
services by playing ball with insurance fraud. This does neither him nor
the US Services any good at all.

We all recall Avraham Burg, don't we? He was Chairman of the
Jewish Agency not a decade ago and changed the immigration rules to
permit hundreds of thousands of Russian gentiles to become citizens of
Israel. And how can we forget when Pres. Clinton of the Council On
Foreign Relations (CFR) tried to convince him to be the leader of the
Labor Party with a huge cavalcade from the airport to the White House?
Well now Burg is a French citizen and has written a book urging all
Israelis to get a foreign passport and stop being Jews.
Israelis think he is just a bad sport. But we know better. He
is the son of of Yosef Burg, who in his time, was the longest sitting
member of the Knesset. He was also the Interior Minister who oversaw and
permitted the atomic experiments on every Sephardic child who landed in
Israel in the 1950s. Plus, he was the Minister who oversaw and permitted
the kidnapping of 4,500 Yemenite infants for similar experiments in the
same period. Those familiar with my writing know that Rabbi Uzi
Meshulum, who fought and paid with his mind for justice for the Yemenite
children and parents, asked me to head the PR for his movement. But the
Shabak had planted the Shifris family in his campaign and there was no
entrance for me.
What he told me was that Yosef Burg was the figure at the top
who let the kidnappings go on. From his son we learn that Yosef Burg was
Israel's representative to Germany at the time. That he was the
political leader of what Meshulum called, The Sephardic Holocaust, is
now no surprise. From growing up in that nightmare household, Avraham
Burg learned too much for his pea-brain to absorb. He now wants Israel
gone and no one is delving into the real causes of why.
One of those causes is that big money can be made from a good
Holocaust. Ask Edgar Bronfman of the CFR. On behalf of his World Jewish
Congress (WJC), just a few years ago he sued and won $6.5 billion
dollars of Holocaust victims accounts from the Swiss banking system.
Guess how much of that money went to the families of the dead?.
You guessed right. Not a penny. It's all in the Bronfmans back
pocket. Oh, they'll blame the banks for not releasing names and so on,
but who cares when you've got $6.5 billion to play with. The heck with
the victims, it's time to take the Catholic grandkids to Disneyland, or
the next gathering of the Frankists.
That's the beauty of taking dead peoples' money. They can't
fight back. At least not in his world. So watch out Israel because
Edgar's son Matt just bought Israel Discount Bank. If things go as
planned, anyone with an account there will make some Bronfmans very
happy in the near future.
I'm so proud of my readers. We are all so decent and moral in a
world of unending outrage. Take Isi Leibler, a Jerusalem-based executive
of the WJC. He has not only sent me respectful comments over the years
but he always bought my books as they were released. He exposed deep
financial thefts at the WJC and forced Edgar the Bronfman to resign this
month. So who did he find to replace him? Why, his son Matt is Chairman
of the WJC board and Ronald Lauder of the CFR is the new President. Now
that's keeping it all in their Holocaust cult.
Lauder, of course was PM Ehud Olmert's original financial
backer. And Olmert is now being investigated for using his Lauder-bought
influence to help two buddies acquire still another financial
institution, Bank Leumi. The buddies were Daniel Abraham of the CFR
(Google the membership list if you don't believe me) and Frank Lowy,
owner of the WTC's 450,000 sq. ft. shopping arcade on 9-11. Abraham also
bought Olmert's Jerusalem apartment for 3 times its value, handing him a
couple of million hidden but very cool dollars.
But that deal fell through and Leumi was SOOOO humiliated it
decided to help those Holocaust dead who opened accounts seventy and
more years ago. Yessirree, they released a whole $20 million to the
families of the gassed. Needless to say, the interest on one good
account over 70 years is more than all 3000 dead clients will ever see
but, so what?
Collecting on a Holocaust is just a great business venture. Who's
alive to complain?

to its end. A Jewish state is explosive. It's dynamite." In an interview
in Haaretz Weekend Magazine, he said that he is in favor of abrogating
the Law of Return and calls on everyone who can to obtain a foreign
passport.
Burg, who was interviewed on the occasion of the publication of his book
"Defeating Hitler" said "the strategic mistake of Zionism was to annul
the alternatives. Israeliness has only body; it doesn't have soul."
"Judaism always prepared alternatives," says Burg, who three years after
leaving Israeli politics is now a citizen of France and a successful
businessman.
"Just as there was something astonishing about German Jewry, in America,
too, they created the potential for something astonishing. They created
a situation in which the goy can be my father and my mother and my son
and my partner," Burg says.
His book ruminates about Israel and Zionism, compares Israel and
Germany, harshly criticizes Eichmann's hanging, reflects on Judaism in
the age of globalization and remembers his father's house.
Burg said he started his book in mourning for the loss of Israel.
"During most of the writing the book's title was 'Hitler Won.' But
slowly I discovered the layer of not everything being lost. And I
discovered my father as a representative of German Jewry that was ahead
of its time. These two themes nourished the book from beginning to end."
*WJC Chooses Lauder as New President*
Billionaire philanthropist Ron Lauder, 63, has been chosen to be the
next President of the ailing World Jewish Congress (WJC). He replaces
Edgar M. Bronfman, who led the organization since 1979 until his recent
resignation following revelations of undocumented money transfers. His
son Matthew Bronfman, who has chaired the WJC Budget and Finance
Commission, was elected the Chairman of the Governing Board.
Lauder, a former US ambassador to Austria and ex-chairman of the
Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, said
after his election, "This is such an important organization, so let's do
everything we can to turn it into what it was - glorious!"
The WJC is an international organization dedicated to addressing the
interests and needs of Jews and Jewish communities throughout the world.
It was founded in Geneva in 1936 to unite the Jewish people and mobilize
the world against the Nazi threat.
The WJC is headquartered in New York, with a research institute in
Jerusalem, and offices in several cities around the world. Together with
other organizations, it has helped secure millions of dollars for
Holocaust victims and survivors in payments from Germany, Swiss banks,
insurance companies and others.
Bank Leumi to Return NIS 20 Million

million to the survivors of Holocaust victims. The victims deposited
money in the bank before the Holocaust, and some survivors have
complained that the money was never returned.
The bank has previously offered to make payments to survivors on the
condition that the bank would be immune to lawsuits. However, the NIS 20
million payment will be made "as a good will gesture," according to bank
officials. Groups working for the return of properties belonging to
Holocaust victims hailed the decision as an important step, and
expressed hope that other organizations would follow in Bank Leumi's
footsteps.

The first list of assets of Holocaust victims found in Israel will be
published on Wednesday.
The list includes 3,000 bank accounts and 500 real estate properties
valued at more than NIS 100 million.
The financial assets and property lists - which will be published in
Hebrew on the Israel Organization for the Restitution of Assets of
Holocaust Victims's Web site -www.hashava.org.il
<http://www.hashava.org.il/> - were compiled by the Custodian General's
Office, the Jewish National Fund and from a compilation of pre-war bank
accounts already published by the Knesset.
The list will appear on the group's Web site in English and Russian next
week, a spokesman said Tuesday, and will be available by mail upon
request for people who do not have Internet access.
The organization will also operate a multilingual hot line at (03) 516-4117.
State institutions have held property estimated at hundreds of millions
of dollars belonging to Holocaust victims for decades, without
transferring them to the victims' heirs.
Group spokesman Amir Dan said tens of millions of shekels were believed
to have been invested in Bank Leumi, Israel's second largest bank, by
Holocaust victims before World War II. Bank Leumi holds most of the
9,000 accounts (3,000 belonging to victims and another 6,000 belonging
to survivors) found in Israeli banks.
"The State of Israel has a moral debt to fix the historic injustice
which has been done, and to ensure that the property of Holocaust
victims gets to their heirs," said Avraham Roet, 78, head of the
restitution organization.
The Dutch-born Roet was hidden as a child by Christian families, and so
survived the German occupation of the Netherlands.
"It is a pity that the State of Israel waited 60 years, but better late
than never," he said.
The Israel Organization for the Restitution of Assets for Holocaust
Victims was established by the Knesset last year.
"I am very glad that the intensive work of a parliamentary committee
bore fruit [and established] this organization, whose purpose is to...
return Holocaust victims' property to their rightful heirs," said Labor
MK Colette Avital, who headed the committee.
Property and assets left unclaimed will be used to help elderly
Holocaust survivors in need, the group said.
Nearly one-third of the estimated 250,000 Holocaust survivors in Israel
live in poverty, recent welfare reports have found, numbers that have
prompted growing calls for additional government assistance.

The Ringworm Children - A Review by Barry Chamish
On August 14, at 9 PM, Israeli television station, Channel Ten,
broke all convention and exposed the ugliest secret of Israel's Labor
Zionist founders; the deliberate mass radiation poisoning of nearly all
Sephardi youths.
The expose began with the presentation of a documentary film
called, The Ringworm Children, and concluded with a panel discussion
moderated by TV host Dan Margalit, surprising because he is infamous for
toeing the establishment line.

A Moroccan singer was joined by David Edri, head of the Compensation
Committee for Ringworm X-Ray Victims, and Boaz Lev, a spokesman for the
Ministry Of Health.
Subject:
In 1951, the director general of the Israeli Health Ministry, Dr. Chaim
Sheba flew to America and returned with 7 x-ray machines, supplied to
him by the American army.
They were to be used in a mass atomic experiment with an entire
generation of Sephardi youths to be used as guinea pigs. Every Sephardi
child was to be given 35,000 times the maximum dose of x-rays through
his head. For doing so, the American government paid the Israeli
government 300 million Israeli liras a year. The entire Health budget
was 60 million liras. The money paid by the Americans is equivalent to
billions of dollars today. To fool the parents of the victims, the
children were taken away on "school trips" and their parents were later
told the x-rays were a treatment for the scourge of scalpal ringworm.
6,000 of the children died shortly after their doses were given, while
many of the rest developed cancers that killed them over time and are
still killing them now. While living, the victims suffered from
disorders such as epilepsy, amnesia, Alzheimer's disease, chronic
headaches and psychosis.
Yes, that is the subject of the documentary in cold terms. It is
another matter to see the victims on the screen. ie. To watch the
Moroccan lady describe what getting 35,000 times the dose of allowable
x-rays in her head feels like.
"I screamed make the headache go away. Make the headache go away.
Make the headache go away. But it never went away."
To watch the bearded man walk hunched down the street.
"I'm in my fifties and everyone thinks I'm in my seventies. I have
to stoop when I walk so I won't fall over. They took my youth away with
those x-rays."
To watch the old lady who administered the doses to thousands of
children.
"They brought them in lines. First their heads were shaved and
smeared in burning gel. Then a ball was put between their legs and the
children were ordered not to drop it, so they wouldn't move. The
children weren't protected over the rest of their bodies. There were no
lead vests for them. I was told I was doing good by helping to remove
ringworm. If I knew what dangers the children were facing, I would never
have cooperated. Never!"
Because the whole body was exposed to the rays, the genetic makeup
of the children was often altered, affecting the next generation. We
watch the woman with the distorted face explain, "All three of my
children have the same cancers my family suffered. Are you going to tell
me that's a coincidence?"
Everyone notices that Israeli Sephardi women in their fifties
today, often have sparse patchy hair, which they try to cover with
henna. Most of us assumed it was just a characteristic of Sephardi
women. We watch the woman on the screen wearing a baseball-style hat.
She places a picture of a lovely young teenager with flowing black hair
opposite the lens. "That was me before my treatment. Now look at me."
She removes her hat. Even the red henna can't cover the horrifying
scarred bald spots.
The majority of the victims were Moroccan because they were the most
numerous of the Sephardi immigrants. The generation that was poisoned
became the country's perpetual poor and criminal class. It didn't make
sense. The Moroccans who fled to France became prosperous and highly
educated. The common explanation was that France got the rich, thus
smart ones. The real explanation is that every French Moroccan child
didn't have his brain cells fried with gamma rays.
The film made it perfectly plain that this operation was no
accident. The dangers of x-rays had been known for over forty years. We
read the official guidelines for x-ray treatment in 1952. The maximum
dose to be given a child in Israel was .5 rad. There was no mistake
made. The children were deliberately poisoned.
David Deri, makes the point that only Sephardi children received
the x-rays.
"I was in class and the men came to take us on a tour. They asked
our names. The Ashkenazi children were told to return to their seats.
The dark children were put on the bus."
The film presents a historian who first gives a potted history of
the eugenics movement. In a later sound bite, he declares that the
ringworm operation was a eugenics program aimed at weeding out the
perceived weak strains of society. The film now quotes two noted
anti-Sephardi racist Jewish leaders, Nahum Goldmann and Levi Eshkol.
Goldmann spent the Holocaust years first in Switzerland, where he
made sure few Jewish refugees were given shelter, then flew to New York
to become head of the World Jewish Congress headed by Samuel Bronfman.
According to Canadian writer Mordecai Richler, Bronfman had cut a deal
with Prime Minister Mackenzie King to prevent the immigration of
European Jews to Canada.
But Levi Eshkol's role in the Holocaust was far more sinister
than merely not saving lives. He was busy taking them instead. From a
biography of Levi Eshkol from the Israeli government web site:
"In 1937 Levi Eshkol played a central role in the establishment of the
Mekorot Water Company and in this role was instrumental in convincing
the German government to allow Jews emigrating to Palestine to take with
them some of their assets - mostly in the form of German-made equipment."
While world Jewry was boycotting the Nazi regime in the '30s, the
Jewish Agency in Jerusalem was propping up Hitler. A deal, called The
Transfer Agreement, was cut whereby the Nazis would chase Germany's Jews
to Palestine, and the Labor Zionists would force the immigrants to use
their assets to buy only German goods. Once the Jewish Agency got the
German Jews it wanted, those they secretly indoctrinated in the
anti-Judaism of Shabtai Tzvi and Jacob Frank, they let the Nazis take
care of the rest of European Jewry. The Holocaust was a eugenics program
and Levi Eshkol played a major role in it.
The Moroccan lady is back on the screen. "It was a Holocaust, a
Sephardi Holocaust. And what I want to know is why no one stood up to
stop it."
David Deri, on film and then as a panel member, relates the
frustration he encountered when trying to find his childhood medical
records.
"All I wanted to know was what they did to me. I wanted to know
who authorized it. I wanted to trace the chain of command. But the
Health Ministry told me my records were missing."
Boaz Lev, the Health Ministry's spokesman chimes in, "Almost all
the records were burned in a fire."
So let us help Mr. Deri trace the chain of command. But now I
must intrude myself in the review. About six years ago, I investigated
the kidnapping of some 4500, mostly Yemenite immigrant infants and
children, during the early years of the state. I met the leader of the
Yemenite children's movement, Rabbi Uzi Meshulum, imprisoned for trying
to get the truth out. He was later returned home in a vegetative state
from which he has not emerged. He told me that the kidnapped children
were sent to America to die cruelly in nuclear experiments. The American
government had banned human testing and needed guinea pigs. The Israeli
government agreed to supply the humans in exchange for money and nuclear
secrets. The initiator of Israel's nuclear program was Defence Ministry
director-general Shimon Peres.
Rabbi David Sevilia of Jerusalem corroborated the crime and
later, I even saw photos of the radiation scars on the few surviving
children, and the cages the infants were shipped to America in.
Just over five years ago I published my belief on the
internet, that Israel's Labor Zionist founders had conducted atomic
experiments on Yemenite and other Sephardi children, killing thousands
of them. Almost three years ago, I published the same assertion in my
last book, Save Israel!. I suffered much scorn for doing so. However, I
was right.
We return to the documentary. We are told that a US law in
the late '40s put a stop to the human radiation experiments conducted on
prisoners, the mentally feeble and the like. The American atomic program
needed a new source of human lab rats and the Israeli government
supplied it.
Here was the government cabinet at the time of the ringworm
atrocities:
Prime Minister - David Ben Gurion
Finance Minister - Eliezer Kaplan
Settlement Minister - Levi Eshkol
Foreign Minister - Moshe Sharrett
Health Minister - Yosef Burg
Labor Minister - Golda Meir
Police Minister - Amos Ben Gurion
The highest ranking non-cabinet post
belonged to the Director General Of The Defence Ministry, Shimon Peres.
That a program involving the equivalent of billions of dollars of
American government funds should be unknown to the Prime Minister of
cash-strapped Israel is ridiculous. Ben Gurion was in on the horrors and
undoubtedly chose his son to be Police Minister in case anyone
interfered with them.
Now let's have a quick glance at the other plotters, starting
with the Finance Minister Eliezer Kaplan. He handled the profits of the
operation and was rewarded for eternity with a hospital named after him
near Rehovot. But he's not alone in this honor. The racist bigot Chaim
Sheba, who ran Ringworm Incorporated, had a whole medical complex named
after him. Needless to say, if there is an ounce of decency in the local
medical profession, those hospital names will have to change.
Then there is Yosef Burg, who the leaders of the Yemenite
Children's movement insist was the most responsible for the kidnappings
of their infants. As Health Minister, he certainly played a pivotal role
in the Ringworm murders. That would go a great way to explaining the
peculiar behavior of his son, the peacemaker, Avraham Burg.
Let us not forget Moshe Sharrett, who had Rabbi Yoel Brand
arrested in Aleppo in 1944 for proposing a practical way to save 800,000
Jews trapped in Hungary. Sharrett's most cited quote is, "If Shimon
Peres ever enters this government, I will tear my clothes and start to
mourn." Several Yemenite Children activists told me Sharrett was
referring to the kidnapping of the Yemenite children when he made this
statement.
And other amateur historians have told me that Levi Eshkol
openly and proudly announced his belief in the tenets of Shabtai Tzvi,
but try as I have, I haven't tracked down a citation. However, we do
know of Eshkol, that during the period of the radiations, he served
first as Settlement Minister, then took over from Kaplan as Finance
Minister. From his bio:
"In 1951 Eshkol was appointed Minister of Agriculture and Development,
and from 1952 to 1963 - a decade characterized by unprecedented economic
growth despite the burden of financing immigrant absorption and the 1956
Sinai Campaign - he served as Minister of Finance. Between 1949 and
1963, Eshkol also served as head of the settlement division of the
Jewish Agency. In the first four years of statehood, he was also
treasurer of the Jewish Agency, largely responsible for obtaining the
funds for the country's development, absorption of the massive waves of
immigrants and equipment for the army."
In short, Eshkol was the person most responsible for Israel's
immigrants, the ones he sent to radiation torture chambers.
Finally, there is Golda Meir. We don't know her role, but she
was in on the secret and rewarded for it. Note that every prime minister
thereafter until 1977, when the honorable Menachem Begin was elected,
came from this cabal. And note also, that no one from what is called the
Right today, was privy to the slaughter of the Sephardi children.
Apply that lesson to a contemporary fact: It is the descendants
of these butchers who brought us the Oslo "peace" and are determined to
wipe out the settlers of Judea, Samaria and Gaza as surely as they had
dealt with the inferior dark Jews who came into their clutches fifty
years before.
Now try and imagine it is 1952 and you are in a cabinet meeting.
You will be debating whether to send the Yemenite babies to America for
their final zapping, or whether to have them zapped here. That is what
the Luciferian, satanic Sabbataian founders of our nation were prattling
on about when they got together to discuss the affairs of state.
After the film ended, TV host Dan Margalit tried to put a better
face on what he'd witnessed. Any face had to be better than what he had
seen. He explained meekly, "But the state was poor. It was a matter of
day to day survival." Then he stopped. He knew there was no excusing the
atrocities the Sephardi children endured.
But it was the Moroccan singer who summed up the experience
best. "It's going to hurt, but the truth has to be told. If not, the
wounds will never heal."
There is one person alive who knows the truth and participated
in the atrocities. He is President Shimon Peres, the peacemaker. The
only way to get to the truth and start the healing is to investigate him
for his role in the kidnapping of 4500 Yemenite infants and the mass
poisoning of over 100,000 Sephardi children and youths.
But here is why that won't happen. It is a miracle that The
Ringworm Children was broadcast at all. Clearly though, someone fought
for it but had to agree to a compromise. The show was aired at the same
time as the highest-rated show of the year, the final of Israel's, A
Star Is Born. The next day, there was not a word about The Ringworm
Children in any paper, but the newly-born star's photo took up half the
front pages.
That's how the truth is buried in Israel, and somehow, these
tricks work. The same methods were used to cover up the Rabin assassination.
However, a few hundred thousand people saw the film on their
screens and they will never forget the truth. If the Rabin assassination
doesn't bury Labor Zionism for good, then The Ringworm Children
eventually will.
