May 25, 2003 - THE LONG SWIM HOME
I know Sharon accepted the roadmap to extinction and many of my
readers are in shock. Well, I'm not going to react because I told you he
would when you foolishly went to the polls and voted for him. Yes, Israel
Police mysteriously could not find enough evidence to investigate Yossi
Ginosar and the $300 million dollars plus of Arafat's stolen money he hid
in Switzerland. The police didn't even bother with obvious tax evasions and
similar felonies. We know why they are protecting him and I told you it was
inevitable. The peace team is immune from prosecution. Period!
So Israel police is not going to investigate the following swiming
accident either:
On the last night of April 2003, two terrorists tried to enter a
popular Tel Aviv watering hole, Mike's Place. The security guard suspected
them and blocked their entry. So one terrorist blew himself up, murdering
the guard and three patrons. But the other terrorist, one Omar Sharif,
failed in his massacre attempt because, we are told, his explosives' belt
refused to ignite. Thus, he ran off into the night and was subject to an
international manhunt.
By May 1, a holy day in the New World Order calendar, we learned that
the terrorists were British citizens who had taken a long odyssey from
London, to Damscus, back to London, on to Jordan, through the West Bank,
then finally to Tel Aviv for their final act. Now why all the trouble? Is
there a shortage of brainwashed suicide candidates in Gaza?
Then barely two weeks after he disappeared into the Tel Aviv
humidity, Sharif's body was found washed up on a Tel Aviv beach. The police
reported he drowned but so far, haven't said when. The Israel police
spokesman admitted the circumstances of his demise were, "mysterious" and
"barely explainable," and promised to get to the bottom of the case. They
won't because they won't be allowed to.
So let us try to, using the few facts at hand. A suicide bomber flies
from Britain, makes a few stops, fails in his mission and walks to a Tel
Aviv beach and drowns because:
* After a long night of terror, he felt like a refreshing dip in the
Mediterranean.
* Having failed to murder his quota of people, he went after fish.
* He was trying to dogpaddle to the Gaza Swimming Club.
* He was hoping to break the world breast-stroke record by swimming
to England.
* He was testing if his explosives were waterproof.
* He mistook his belt for a life preserver, a common error among
surfing Semtex users.
* He was quickly apprehended, interrogated under duress, drowned
after he spilled all he knew and thrown into the sea.
I would guess he was dumped at sea and his body wasn't meant to roll
into shore. And I have no problem with the elimination of terrorists. But
this time around, you can bet your bottom shekel, he knew too much about a
much broader plan to be kept alive for trial.

An observation: I am sitting with my daughter and her two identical
twin friends at a restaurant/store at Latrun junction. A northern European
UN soldier in civies passes and mutters so we all hear, "F...ing Jews. We
should kill them all." Why are we allowing the UN into our country?

A comment: Somebody throws of pro-Israel show in Washington and
invites airhead crooner Achinoam Nini. She refuses to sing the Israeli
national anthem, Hatikvah because of the line: "For two thousand years, the
Jewish heart has yearned to be a free people in its own land." It's a
disgrace justified in the Jerusalem Post by one Greer Faye Cashman who
explained that Israel is also home to Muslims, Christians and Druze.
Now using this boneheaded thinking, why sing God Save The Queen when
atheists abound in the British Empire, or what's left of it? Why have a
star of David on the flag when clearly a cross and crescent should be
added? Why call the country Israel at all?
And it just this kind of profound peace thinking that Sharon, under
partial duress, is hoping will prevail by not saying no to the Roadmap.

But those of us who see through the machinations will prevail because
we caught the "peacemakers"
in a clumsy murder of gargantuan proportions.
The following legal declaration was signed in Tel Aviv on May 21,
witnessed by Yaacov Verker, chairman of the Public Committee For The
Reinvestigation of the Rabin Murder:
I, Amos Ben Dov (identity number) do declare the following to be the truth;
1. On Saturday 4/11/95, I was the manager of the branch of the security
company which guarded Ichilov Hospital.
2. After hearing of the prime minister's assassination, I arrived at the
hospital to oversee the crew responsible for public order. Because of my
duty, I was given free reign to work throughout the hospital compound.
3. During the course of the night. I approached the prime minister's
Cadillac, parked opposite the entrance of the Trauma Center. The vehicle
was locked and was parked in a haphazard way. I looked inside via the front
windshield and saw two large bloodstains; The first was just beyond the
middle of the backseat, the second was on the front passenger seat beside
the driver's seat. At the time, I supposed that the backseat bloodstain was
the prime minister's and that in the front seat was the bodyguard's. I was
later surprised to learn the bodyguard's wounds were insignificant compared
to the prime minister's, yet the bloodstains were of the same proportion.
The prime minister succumbed to his wounds while the bodyguard easily
survived. Yet the stains on the seats were about the same size. I called a
security guard, Tsur, who was responsible for hospital security (and I
believe still is), to look inside the vehicle. He looked within without a
noticeable reaction.
4. At the time, I assumed the frontseat bloodstain was the bodyguard's,
despite its unusual size. Later, I learned the bodyguard never sat in the
front seat and I couldn't imagine any circumstance where he would move to
the front seat. For this reason, I concluded that something else must have
occurred.
5. I declare this to be the truth. Amos Ben Dov.
With courageous and honest Jews like Amos Ben Dov, we're going to get the
"peacemaking" murderers before they get us. Beware Sharon, moral Jews are
out there!

There have been breakthroughs on two fronts this week. For the first
time after five cancellations, I actually appeared on an Israeli tv show.
It was the Pnini Hagadol Show, very popular among the young, hip, secular,
leftwing crowd. I knew I was heading into a minefield and successfully
evaded the traps, all of them. Never has a tv guest explained the real
Rabin murder with such dignity. Finally, we broke through to the left. It
took long enough and I was ready.
AND...
We have an eye-witness.
AND...
What an eye-witness.
Putting up the Hebrew Rabin website
at http://chamish.tsedek.com paid off big. A site visitor sent me the
following message: If you don't read Hebrew or have Hebrew fonts you're

The letter reads: I'm the last person to accept the conspiracy business but
something is bothering me. I am the manager of the security company
responsible for guarding Ichilov Hospital and I was called there on the
night of the murder. Rabin's Cadillac was parked outside the entrance to
the Trauma Center.
I approached the car and looked inside. I identified a large bloodstain in
the middle of the backseat. I also saw a not very small bloodstain on the
front passenger seat next to the driver's seat.
That evening I thought it came from the wounded bodyguard, Rubin. But in
time I learned Rubin entered the backseat with Rabin and never came into
the front. On top of that, Rubin's wound was relatively
mild and couldn't explain the very large bloodstain.
So whose bloodstain was it?
(name withheld for now).
Someone else was shot in Rabin's car besides Rabin. I know who and
I'm not alone. Just a few hours after Rabin was declared dead, one of his
bodyguards was buried in Givat Shaul Cemetery, Jerusalem. I've heard
reports of the funeral from numerous sources in the Orthodox community and
Yaacov Werker, chairmen of the Public Committee To Reinvestigate The Rabin
Murder, interviewed one of the attendants. (His name is Binyamin).
However, the best witness will finally turn out to be the corrupt
pathologist who changed Rabin's wounds in his autopsy report, Dr. Yehuda
Hiss. On the day Yigal Amir was indicted, Hiss was on his way to Ichilov
in a taxi. He heard the indictment on the radio and started to tell the
taxi driver what really happened on the murder night. Amir, he declared,
couldn't have been the murderer because Rabin was shot three times, not
twice like the government is claiming. And he wasn't the only one dead at
Ichilov that night. One of Rabin's bodyguards was murdered and he examined
his body as well.
Based on what he heard after Hiss showed him his ID card, the taxi
driver turned to an attorney, Shmuel Fleischmann, who submitted a request
to the Supreme Court to reopen the Rabin assassination.
I phoned the new witness and Yaacov Werker visited him. He agreed to
sign a legal declaration that he saw a large bloodstain on the front
passenger seat of Rabin's limo. Here's what he told me:
"I came to work well after Rabin was admitted. I saw his Cadillac and
no one was guarding it. So I looked inside and saw the two stains. Really,
that's all I have to tell."
"Were you alone?"
"No, there was another guard around named Tsur. I called him over and
asked him what he thought. He looked in the car as well but we didn't know
what it all meant. I'm not sure if he even does now."
"Shouldn't there have been more than two guards? What about ambulances?"
"No ambulances. They parked outside the ER. Rabin's car wasn't where
incoming patients enter."
"Do you think that was strange?"
"No, the stain in the front seat is all that concerns me. Whose was it?"
I told him about the dead bodyguard but avoided the biggest pitfall in
the story: the testimony to the Shamgar Commission of police officer
Pinchas Terem. This is one of the most bizarre incidents of the murder and
here's why:
A minute and a half before he arrived at Ichilov, Rabin's driver
Menachem Damti, testified to the Shamgar Commission, that he stopped the
car at Arlozorov at Weizmann Street to let in a cop. Damti claimed he
became confused and forgot how to drive to Ichilov. From where he stopped
the car, he could have spit and hit Ichilov. It was that close. But the
driver of four prime ministers over 24 years, couldn't find Ichilov from
seventy meters away. For that he needed a policeman to guide him. That
policeman was 24 year old Terem. He testified at the Shamgar Commission and
has not agreed to be interviewed since.
Shamgar asked him what were the first words he heard when he entered
Rabin's car. He testified that the bodyguard Yoram Rubin told him to,
"Bandage me. I'm wounded."
So Rabin was dying on the seat next to him and his brave bodyguard
asked for a bandage to put over the little surface booboo on his arm.
Then things turned positively surrealistic. The only point I
deliberately excluded from my book, Who Murdered Yitzhak Rabin, was Terem's
next piece of testimony. It was just too weird. Shamgar asked what happened
next and Terem testified that Rubin tore Rabin's shirt to make the bandage.
I must have stared at that one line for half a night trying to imagine
what happened. In the end I decided that Rabin had a spare shirt in the
car. If not, Rubin ripped Rabin's bloody shirt off his back.
My new witness has offered an explanation for Terem's seemingly
ridiculous testimony. It didn't happen. Damti didn't really get lost and
Terem wasn't really in Rabin's car. He was somehow persuaded to lie in
order to cover up the murder of Rabin's bodyguard in the front seat next to
Damti.
We can safely report the loss of the bodyguard because we now have an
incredibly reliable witness to another murder in Yitzhak Rabin's Cadillac.

An appeal for information:
Agreed, I should expand on the coordinated terror in Israel, Morocco and
Saudi Arabia. Agreed, the suicide bomb murder of the married couple, Dina
and Gadi Levy, in Hebron looked targeted and so far no one has properly
explained to me why they were buried in separate cemeteries. And yes,
Sharon's cancellation of his meeting with Bush after the Jerusalem bus
bombing was handy and should be explored.
However, it isn't every week that such a powerful eyewitness emerges and
nothing must diminish the significance of this development.
However, I have been hired to finally find out what Jonathan Pollard is
still doing in prison. I have made wonderful strides already. I think I'm
going to nail Caspar Weinberger, among others who exacted revenge on
Pollard and kept him incarcerated to save their own backsides. I need
information and witnesses. If you have a piece of the puzzle, please

May 10, 2003 - IT'S JUST A SHOW
It's not as if Israel is the only place putting on show news. The
American woman soldier supposedly rescued by gallant troops develops
amnesia and can't remember the incident. NASA spokesman Ron Dittmore
refuses to accept that insulation foam caused the Columbia explosion and he
"resigns" just as NASA is about to sell the conclusion that the foam was
the culprit after all. Arafat and Abu Mazen were at loggerheads over the
appointment of Dahlan as Security Minister because Dahlan is opposed to
terrorism. Right! Amazingly, if people didn't buy it, no one would dare
sell these brands of snake oil.
In Israel, so much of this snake oil has been sold over the past decade
that certain circles have become more than a tad cynical. Take the bombing
of Mike's Place by two British Moslems, one of whose suicide bomb
conveniently fails and he disappears into the bloody mist. Turns out both
bombers were well to do and reportedly apolitical British subjects. Somehow
they ended up in Damascus where they experienced a sea change in values.
We travel to Iraq where "human shields" are embarassing America. But
it's a show. It turns out the CIA were supplying a good portion of these
shields and they relayed vital information on the location of Saddam's most
valued buildings. But in Israel these deluded souls are becoming a genuine
pain. They get in the way of military operations and worse, get themselves
killed, bringing wrath upon the country.
So two British nationals blow up a Tel Aviv pub and the government has
its pretext for closing the gates on incoming foreigners it doesn't like.
Is that what happened? There's no proof but it's just the kind of
deadly show some Israelis expect from their leaders. After all, no one
voted for Sharon so he could accept Bush's new word for Oslo, the "Roadmap"
to peace. They may as well have voted for Mitzna, which practically no one
did...which begs the question of whether his role was to lose big, giving
Sharon the mandate to roadmap Israel into extinction.
And how handy that Mitzna just resigned and his party is on the verge
of naming Rabin murderer Shimon Peres as its interim chairman. That would
be just fine with Sharon who could now bring his bosom pal Peres into his
government.
This is good guessing. If it turns out right, well, you heard it first
here. Now we move into provable territory.
IT'S SHOWTIME
I received an e-mail of great interest. The man explained that though
we are from different political worlds, he had a very sensitive role in the
Rabin government and has some information for me. I wrote back explaining
that I support no political movement and I view all the available choices
as criminal. He replied that he shared the view but I didn't really know
how bad the situation was.
We met for two hours at a restaurant near my home. It turns out he was
the emissary between Rabin and Arafat in 1994-5. He was highly sympathetic
to the PLO's leadership at the time and still partly is though, "I found
out that they are all crooks, totally corrupt."
He wasted no time getting to the point.
"I knew the night Rabin was murdered that the Shabak did it."
Did he have proof?
"No. But I saw things before."
He then told some pretty hair-raising stories, like the time he
received death threats which he reported to the police. He was soonafter
kidnapped in a police car and taken to a facility in Petakh Tikve where he
saw Hamas spiritual leader Yassin locked up. He was told who made the
threats, decided to drop the charges for close personal reasons and was
released.
He took out a list of names. He said, "You have the right idea and
you're getting close. But you're missing some key players. The top of the
pyramid is Peres and higher and I'm not sure who is really controlling him.
But I saw who is running the show below him. I would suggest you follow
their trails and watch where they lead."
I took out a napkin, borrowed his pen and took notes.
"You got Ginosar and Carmi Gillon right. They've got the goods on
everyone and can keep the lid on what they choose. But I don't know why
you're not looking closely at Danny Yatom. Netanyahu appointed him Mossad
chief out of fear. And he knows all about Rabin's murder.
"Next, the IDF Chief of Security Yechiel Khorev. You should have
figured out how powerful this guy is by what happened to Yaacov Yitzhak."
I had been holding onto this story for months, not knowing what it
meant. The former IDF chief scientist, Yaacov Yitzhak wrote a memoir and
found a publisher abroad. To stop publication, Yitzhak was jailed for
months, and his family was threatened with fatality if he didn't change his
mind about publishing his book. The main problem was that Yitzhak named
Khorev and Maariv probably saved Yitzhak's life by publishing his identity.
"If they went to all this trouble over Khorev, he was involved with
the most sensitive secret army operations. You're right about how Goldstein
was framed in Hebron. Eli Barak wasn't on top of that operation, army
intelligence was.
"Next someone you've missed completely, as far as I've read you.
Yaacov Kedmi, head of Nativ. He has his finger in everything."
Nativ is the Prime Minister's Liaison Office. It sends spies to the
former Soviet Union under cover of arranging immigration to Israel. Yigal
Amir spent the spring and summer of 1992 in Latvia on a Nativ program.
Rabin was planning to shut down Nativ when he was murdered and many
consider this a strong motive for murder.
"Kedmi was at a meeting I attended and guess who was with him? Avigdor
Eskin."
Eskin is a show radical now doing prison time for his alleged far
right wing activities.
"Eskin was all tied up with Kedmi and that means he was an
intelligence operative of some kind. As for Kedmi, he has enormous power
and influence and I would advise you to find out why.
"Finally, you have Meir Shamgar backwards."
Shamgar was the former Chief Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court and
he headed commissions of inquiry which whitewashed the Rabin murder and
Hebron massacre.
"The way you have him is he is basically a good guy being blackmailed
somehow into doing the wrong things. Not so, he knows exactly what he's
doing. He's running things, not the other way around."
RETURN OF THE ROCKY MEIR HORROR SHOW
The third Shamgar Commission of Inquiry released its conclusions and
they were precisely what I told you they would be. Just check my past
writings if you doubt me. Then again, why should you?
The Kishon River which dumps its effluents into Haifa port was used
primarily by two groups of people; fishermen and Navy traineee frogmen. In
the past few years, dozens of frog and fishermen developed agonizing
cancers and the attrition rate was high and rising. If they were to sue,
and several tried, the IDF would have to pay compensation to the families
of the frogmen, while the chemical industries which did the dumping would
be liable for similar payments to both groups of victims. This had the
potential of bankrupting the IDF and most of Israel's petrochemical
corporations.
So Shamgar chaired a coverup commission which concluded that there
was no connection between the river and the cancers. This was such as
ridiculous lie that even Shamgar rebelled. He got to be the dissenting
judge, disagreeing with his two fellow commission panel members.
Showboat:
This show stunk but Shamgar didn't get panned. Two others got all the
bad reviews. Shamgar's career survived the fiasco.
Which is more than Yitzhak Sharvit can say. He was a fisherman who,
reportedly, knew all about the poisons of the Kishon River. The sick
fishermen had organized into a noisy group demanding compensation for their
mortal ills. A few days before Shamgar's conclusions were released, Sharvit
was crossing Haifa Harbor when a Port Authority patrol boat gunned its
engines and rammed Sharvit's boat, aiming perfectly for his cabin. Two
crewmen died with Sharvit, whose body somehow remained undiscovered for
over a week.
SHOW JEWS
Daniel Pipes wants to be appointed to the President's Peace Council
but those nasty leftists and Arabs are preventing it. And the Jews are
lapping it all up.
This Peace Council is a pro-Arab front founded by a very leftwing
former US Ambassador to Tel Aviv and prominent CFR member, Samuel Lewis.
How long must I say it: Daniel Pipes is a CFR stooge and his "think
tank" and magazine are funded by the CFR directly and untraceably. His
credentials were arranged for him and he is going to betray his admirers.

Bush: For 55 years Israel proved its determination to the world

Israel's President, Moshe Katsav, received congratulations for Israel's
55th Independence Day from American President George W. Bush, Russian
President Vladimir Putin, and Spain's Monarch Juan Carlos II.
So, what is this Katzav show all about? There's more going on than
Katsav's dopy demeanor lets on.
As is the case of someone I know personally. I know there were money
problems. I know you were driven to publicity. But people spoke to me about
you. People well placed in your field. I know you are being given high
profile cases in return for cooperating on others. Your clients haven't
seen through your show but others have, like Tel Aviv district Military
Judge Strashnov. That was a hint. I beseech you; take it!! Stop the show or
I'll have to review your act very shortly.
